By creating an account or using Casa ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the platform's operation, or using it to violate landlord-tenant law.

4. AI assistance disclaimer

Casa's AI assistant provides general guidance based on landlord-tenant best practices and publicly available law. It is not legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney for binding decisions, and verify generated documents before serving them.

5. Subscription & billing

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
