What we collect

Account info (name, email, phone, role), property and tenancy data you enter, communications you send through the unified inbox, files you upload (leases, IDs, photos), and standard usage logs (IP, browser, page views).

How we use it

To operate the Service, route messages, generate AI drafts and reports, secure the platform, and improve features. We do not sell your data.

AI processing

Messages and documents you send to Casa's AI features are processed by our AI providers to generate responses and insights. We do not use your private data to train shared models.

Sharing

Data is visible only to users in your workspace based on role (owner, manager, tenant). We share with vendors strictly to operate the Service (hosting, AI inference, email/SMS delivery). We disclose data when required by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security restricts access to authorized users only. Sensitive uploads (IDs, leases) live in private storage with signed URLs.

Your rights

You can view, edit, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact support through the in-app feedback page to request a full export or account deletion.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or tax reasons.
